Giveback
Not as a performance. As a habit. What a family has been given, it is asked to pass on — carefully, and close to the people who need it.

The philanthropic practice of Bousmah Group
Giving Back. Building Opportunity. Creating Lasting Impact. Three generations of a family making generosity last — since the 1950s, and for longer than a lifetime.

A way of giving
01
Not as a performance. As a habit. What a family has been given, it is asked to pass on — carefully, and close to the people who need it.
02
A scholarship, a first job, a door that stays open. Opportunity is not a slogan. It is a practical path from one season of life to the next.
03
We are not interested in a season of charity. We are interested in work that is still standing when the photograph has been put away.

A letter from the family
“A family that has been given room to build has a duty to make room for others.”
The giving in our family did not begin with a letterhead. It began with a grandfather, in the 1950s — a habit of looking after people, quietly, without needing the work to have a name. That example has been carried now across three generations.
Bousmah Foundation is how we make that practice last. It is not a registered public charity, and this site does not ask anyone for money. It is a promise: that what we build in business will be matched by what we build in people’s lives.

Stewardship
1950s
A grandfather’s example. The family’s practice of looking after people starts here.
3
The same duty, carried forward — not invented for a website.
5
Education, families, community, humanitarian work, and opportunity.
—
The public chapter is young. We will speak plainly about what we do, when we do it.

Community
Where we live and work, and wherever we are asked. The Foundation’s manner is local even when the need is farther afield: named people, trusted partners, a gift that can be kept.
Correspondence
This is a place to send a note — not to donate, volunteer, or apply for funding. The family reads correspondence with care.
A family practice, not a department
Bousmah Foundation is the name of the Bousmah family’s philanthropic practice within Bousmah Group — the family enterprise led by Chairman Dr. Mohamed Bousmah, PhD, and Managing Partner Achraf Bousmah, MSc.
It is not a marketing arm of the companies. It is not a registered public charity. It does not solicit or accept donations through this site.
