A letter from the family
Dear friends,
A family that has been given room to build has a duty to make room for others.
The giving in our family did not begin with a letterhead. It began with a grandfather, in the 1950s — a habit of looking after people, quietly, without needing the work to have a name. That example has been carried now across three generations.
Bousmah Foundation is how we make that practice last. It is not a registered public charity, and this site does not ask anyone for money. It is a promise: that what we build in business will be matched by what we build in people’s lives.
We work close to the ground. Education and youth. Families in a hard season. Communities where we live and work — in the United States, and wherever we are asked. Humanitarian care that treats people as neighbors, not as numbers.
We will not invent a record of programs in order to look established. The public chapter is young. The intention is not. When there is work to report, we will say so plainly.
Until then, this is the truth we can stand on: three generations. Since the 1950s. Still giving.
With respect,
Dr. Mohamed Bousmah, PhDChairman, Bousmah Group
